APPROVING PLANS AND SPECS AND ACCEPTING BID
PIONEER PARK PLAYSTRUCTURE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-29C
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council, the Parks Superintendent has prepared plans
and specifications for the improvement of Pioneer Park by installation of playground improvements
and other appurtenant work and has presented such plans and specifications to the City Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE dT HEREByMSOLYED BI' THE CHT COUNCIL OF THE CIIry OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
L Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved.
2 That funds covering the proposed improvement have been allocated in the 2006 budget.
;. Award the contract for the playground structure to Minnesota/Wisconsin Playground of Golden
Valley, Minnesota in the amount of $45,189.00.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11th day of September, 2006.
