RESOLUTION NO. 2006-73C
ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
SIXTH STREET AND ELM STREET
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-28C
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the Council a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with
reference to the improvement of 6a` Street from Locust Street Elm Street and Elm Street from 6a' to
County Road 39 by the construction of sidewalk and other pedestrian improvements and this report
was received by the City Council on September 11, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost-
effective and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the feasibility report for the pedestrian improvements along
Sixth Street and Elm Street is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11th day of September, 2006.
