CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION TO FINAL PLAT
OTTER CREEK CROSSING THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 1, 2004 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossing development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Otter Creek Crossing development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O.F'MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Otter Creek Crossing 3'd Addition approved on August 14,
2006 is hereby modified and approved as modified contingent upon meeting all conditions of the
subdivision ordinance.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 25th day of September, 2006.
