OF CHELSEA ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-31C
ERAS, it is proposed to improve Chelsea Road from CSAH 18 to Fallon Avenue and storm sewer
reconstruction of the existing Chelsea Road to an urban section with curb and gutter
improvements, adjustments to the sanitary sewer and water systems; an 8 foot bituminous trail for the
north side of Chelsea Road and street lighting costs.

MEYNESOTA.- That the proposed i*nprovement be referred to WSS & Associates, Inc. for study and
that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a

as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and as to whether it should best be made
