RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Monticello Youth Hockey Association has submitted an application to the City
Council of Monticello for the issuance of a gambling license to conduct charitable gambling
activities at . Hawk's Sports Bar and Grill; and
WHEREAS, upon review of the organization's activities, the Council is not opposed to the
gambling license being issued by the State Gambling Control Board,
NOW THEREFORE, RE 1T RESOL PM B I' THE CnT COUNC2L that the application of the
Monticello Youth Hockey Association for charitable gambling license for operations at Hawk's
Sports Barr and Grill is hereby approved and the State Gambling Control Board is authorized to
process the application.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this list day of December, 2006.
