RESOLUTION NO. 2006-123
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT
SCHOOL BLVD FROM DEEGAN AVE TO REFORD LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 2005-2C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract approved by the City of Monticello on August 9, 2005
Randy Kramer Excavating of Watkins, Minnesota has satisfactori ly completed the improvements
for the extension of School Boulevard from Deegan Avenue to 90 Street NE and the connection of
Medford Lane in the plat of Groveland 4th Addition in accordance with approved plans and
specifications: and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOLVED BY THE CI77 COUNCIL OF THE CHY
OFMONTICELLO. That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted subject to:
1. Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
2. Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured.
3. Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
4. Two year maintenance bond extending from date of final acceptance by the City.
5. Copies of receipt of payment for damaged street light poles.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11th day of December, 2006.
