RESOLUTION NO. 2006-122
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS HUNTERS CROSSING AND
HUNTERS CROSSING SECOND ADDITION
CITY PROJECT NO. 2004-35F
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2004 -35P, streets, utilities and other appurtenant work
were constructed in the Hunters Crossing and Hunters Crossing 2' Addition, and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer for the project has inspected the work completed under this
project and finds it to be in confornunce with the approved plans and specifications for the same.
.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBPRESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFMOA7I ELLO, that the improvements constructed under Improvement Project No. 2004 -35P
are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the
following:
* Two year maintenance bond
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 11th day of December, 2006.
