ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT
RIVERSIDE CEMETERY FENCING IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-17C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract approved by the City of Monticello on July 24, 2006
Authority Fence and Decks of Clearwater, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the
improvements for fencing work at Riverside Cemetery in accordance with such contract:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HER B7 EESO.LVED BY THE CITE COUNCIL OF THE Cn7
OF MOATICELLO. Tbat the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted subject to:
1. Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
2. Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured.
3. Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
4. Two year maintenance bond extending from date of final acceptance by the City.
5. Final cleanup of the site.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 27th day of November, 2006.
