ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DIGESTER PAINTING
CITY PROJECT NO. 2006-22C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract approved by the City of Monticello on July 24, 2006,
Rice Lake Construction Group of Deerwood, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the
improvements to Cedar Street in accordance with such contract:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEEEBYBE.SOLVED BY THE CI77 CO EWCIL OF TIME CITY
OFMONTICELLO. That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted subject to:
1. Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
2. Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been My paid or satisfactorily secured.
3. Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
4. Two year maintenance bond extending from date of final acceptance by the City.
