RESOLUTION NO. 2005-4
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF WRIGHT STREET
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of Wright Street between East River Street
and the Mississippi River was held on January 10, 2005 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA: that the following described portion of Wright Street be vacated by the City of
Monticello:
The Southeasterly 3.00 feet of Wright Street, Lower Monticello according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota lying northeasterly of a line
drawn from the most westerly corner of Lot 5, Block 8 said Lower Monticello to the
most southerly corner of Lot 1, Block 7, said Lower Monticello.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this l Ot' day of January, 2005.
