RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
OVER, ACROSS AND THROUGH LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 2
GROVELAND 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of drainage and utility easements, over, across and
through the interior lot line between Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Groveland 4t" Addition was held on
March 14, 2005 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the drainage and utility easement for Lots 2 and 3, Block 2,
Groveland 4" description described as follows is hereby vacated:
A 6.0 foot wide utility and drainage easement lying northwesterly of and adjacent to the most
southeasterly line of Lot 2, Block 2 as donated and dedicated within the record plat of
Groveland 4" Addition, Wright County, Minnesota excepting therefrom the southwesterly and
northeasterly 12.00 feet of said Lot 2, and
A 6.0 foot wide utility and drainage easement lying southeasterly of and adjacent to the most
northwesterly line of Lot 3, Block 2, as donated and dedicated within the record plat of
Groveland 4t" Addition, Wright County, Minnesota excepting therefrom the southwesterly and
northeasterly 12.00 feet of said Lot 3.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 14" day of March, 2005.
