RESOLUTION NO. 2005-26
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
PRAIRIE PONDS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 1, 2005 for the consideration
of the preliminary plat of Prairie Ponds 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of Prairie Ponds 2nd Addition, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICEL L O,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Prairie Ponds 2nd Addition is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14t" day of March, 2005.
