RESOLUTION NO. 2005-27
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF GARRISON AVENUE
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the proposed vacation of a portion of Garrison Avenue lying within
the plat of Wildwood Ridge Addition was held on March 14, 2005 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City
Hall; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA; that the portion of Garrison Avenue described as follows is hereby
vacated:
That part of Garrison Avenue as dedicated in Wildwood Ridge, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies southerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1, in said plat; thence North 80
degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds East, assumed bearing along the northerly line of said Lot 5,
a distance of 117.25 feet to the most northerly corner of said Lot 5 and the point of
beginning of said line to be hereinafter described; thence northeasterly 75.01 feet along a
tangential curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 125.00 feet and a central
angle of 34 degrees 22 minutes 51 seconds, to its intersection with the east line of said
plat and said line there terminating.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14' day of March, 2005.
