CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
TIMBER RIDGE SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 10, 2004 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Timber Ridge development and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Timber Ridge development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for the Timber Ridge Second Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and execution of a
development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9th day of May, 2005.
