CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
FEATHERSTONE SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 6, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Featherstone (Gold Nugget), and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of Featherstone to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICELL 0,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Featherstone Second Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and execution of a
development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 25th day of July, 2005.
