RESOLUTION VACATING STREET, UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
IN THE PLAT OF 90TH STREET ADDITION AND 90TH STREET 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 13, 2005 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall on the
vacation of street, utility and drainage easements in the plat of 90th Street Addition and 90th Street 2nd
Addition over, across and through the following described property:
All of the utility and drainage easements over Lot 2, Block 1, as dedicated in the 90" Street 2nd
Addition, according to said plat on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder,
Wright County, Minnesota,
And:
All of the utility and drainage easements over Lot 2, Block 1, as dedicated in 90th Street 2nd
Addition, according to said plat on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder,
Wright County, Minnesota.

All of Chelsea Court as dedicated in 90' Street Addition, according to said plat on file and of
record in the Office of the County Recorder, Wright county, Minnesota.

MINNESOTA: that the utility, drainage and street right of way easements as described above are hereby
vacated.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 13th day of June, 2005.
