CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
UNION CROSSINGS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 7, 2004 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Union Crossings (Ryan Companies Property), and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of Union Crossings to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTI CELL O,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Union Crossings is hereby approved contingent upon
meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and execution of a development
agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 13th day of June, 2005.
