RESOLUTION NO. 2005-62
RESOLUTION VACATING ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a roadway and utility easement over, across, and
through the property described below was held on May 23, 2005 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall,
and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the roadway and utility easement over, across and through the
following described property is hereby vacated:
That part of Lot 22, Auditor's Subdivision No. 1, also described as part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota, lying 30.00 feet
on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South
00 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter, 334.99 feet, to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence
South 88 degrees 38 minutes 31 seconds West, parallel with the north line of the south one-half of said
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 1300.56 feet to a point on the west line of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 334.75 feet south of the northwest corner of said Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and said centerline there terminating.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 23rd day of May, 2005.
