CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER SEVENTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 23, for the consideration of
the preliminary plat of the Monticello Commerce Center 7" Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Monticello Commerce Center 7" Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for the Monticello Commerce Seventh Addition is hereby
approved contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and
execution of a development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 23rd day of May, 2005.
