CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
CARLISLE VILLAGE 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 1, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Carlisle Vilage development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Carlisle Village Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Carlisle Village 3rd Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance; and contingent upon a development
agreement being approved and signed and subject to conditions relating to building permits,
erosion control and street and curb repair as noted in the staff report of November 14, 2005.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 14th day of November, 2005.
