A RESOLUTION ORDERING DISTRIBUTION OF THE ALTERNATIVE
URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) FOR THE JEFFERSON AT
MONTICELLO DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, an AUAR has been completed for the project pursuant to Minnesota Rules
4410 and identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and mitigation
measures associated with the development area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MN:
That the AUAR for the Jefferson at Monticello Development be distributed for a 30 -day
public comment period. At the end of the comment period, the City will respond to
comments, revise the AUAR, and submit the final AUAR for a 10 -day review.
Adopted this 14th day of November, 2005.
