CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
BLUE CHIP DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 6, 2005 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Blue Chip Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of Blue Chip Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTI CELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Blue Chip Development is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance and contingent upon compliance with
conditions identified in preliminary plat development approval of August 12, 2005.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24th day of October, 2005.
