CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
MONTICELLO TRAVEL CENTER 2NDADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 6, 2005 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Monticello Travel Center 2nd Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Monticello Travel Center 2nd Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for the Monticello Travel Center 2nd Addition is hereby
approved contingent upon meeting all conditions of the subdivision ordinance; contingent upon
compliance with conditions identified in preliminary plat and planned unit development
approval and contingent upon vacation of a portion of Cedar Street to be included in the plat.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24th day of October, 2005.
