RESOLUTION NO. 2005-105
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
OUTLOT B IN THE PLAT OF THE CHURCH OF ST. HENRY
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of drainage and utility easements, over, across and through
Outlot B in the plat of the Church of St. Henry was held on September 26, 2005 at 7 p.m. at the
Monticello City Hall, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL O,
MINNESOTA: that all of the drainage and utility easements over, across and through Outlot B as
dedicated in the CHURCH OF ST. HENRY, according to the recorded plat thereof, wright County,
Minnesota are hereby vacated contingent upon approval of preliminary plat and final plat of Church of
St. Henry First Addition.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 26"' day of September, 2005.
