RESOLUTION 2005-104
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
CEDAR STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT NO. 2000-18C
AND 7TH STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT NO. 2001-7C
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2000-18C and Project No. 2001-7C the City
reconstructed Cedar Street and 7"' Street from Cedar Street to Washington Street, and;
WHEREAS, the WSB and Associates, consulting engineers, have inspected the work completed under
this project and finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed under Improvement Project Nos. 2000-18C and
2001-7C are hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the
following:
❖ Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes
290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
❖ Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reason of the
contract have been full paid or satisfactorily secured.
❖ Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
••• Two year maintenance bond.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 26th day of September, 2005.
