RESOLUTION 2005-103
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
JEFFERSON COMMONS POND GRADING PROJECT NO. 2004-33C
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2004-33C the City constructed a regional pond for the
Jefferson Commons area; and
WHEREAS, the WSB and Associates, consulting engineers, have inspected the work completed under
this project and finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed under Improvement Project No. 2004-33C are
hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the following:
❖ Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes
290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
❖ Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reason of the
contract have been full paid or satisfactorily secured.
❖ Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
❖ Two year maintenance bond.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 26t" day of September, 2005.
