CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
90TH STREET THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 5, 2000 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of 901h Street Addition, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the 90' Street to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the
proposed plat of 901h Street Third Addition,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for 901h Street Third Addition is hereby approved.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12th day of September, 2005.
