RESOLUTION NO. 2005-93
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
CORE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 2002-14C
WHEREAS, under Improvement Project No. 2002-14C the City did street reconstruction, utility
repairs, repairs to curb and gutter where needed and other appurtenant work in area defined as Phase I
which is the area bounded on the north by CSAH 75, on the south by 7" Street, by TH 25 on the east
and Elm Street on the west,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work constructed completed under this project and
finds it to be in conformance with the approved plans and specifications for the same,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, that the improvements constructed under Improvement Project No. 2002-14C are
hereby accepted by the City of Monticello contingent upon the contractor submitting the following:
* Satisfactory showing that the contractor has complied with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax.
* Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by reasons of the
contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured.
* Consent of Surety to Final Payment certification from the contractor's surety.
* Two year maintenance bond.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 28th day of August, 2005.
