CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
CARLISLE VILLAGE FOURTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 1, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of Carlisle Village development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Carlisle Village Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Carlisle Village Fourth Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance, submittal of revised
plat documents and approval of the development agreement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8th day of August, 2005.
