RESOLUTION NO. 2004-30
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY REPORT
BLOCK 35 IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, it is proposed to make site improvements to Block 35 of the Original Plat of the City of
Monticello excluding the property known as the "Flicker" property including parking, plaza and trash
improvements, replacement of alley, storm sewer improvements and other appurtenant work as
necessary
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO: That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study
and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this I Oth day of May, 2004.
