REJECTING BIDS ON
OVERFLOW PARKING LOT - WALNUT STREET
PROJECT NO. 2003-18C
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of a parking lot on Walnut
Street north of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the need for the overflow parking lot no longer
exists,

MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that all the bids for the Overflow Parking Lot on Walnut Street,
Project No. 2003-18C are hereby rejected.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 26`" day of April 2004.
