RESOLUTION NO. 2004-38
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY REPORT
EDMONSON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 2004-20C
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Edmonson Avenue from School Boulevard to approximately
85" Street by the reconstruction of the roadway to an urban section roadway with concrete curb and
gutter, storm sewer and other appurtenant work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFMONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement be referred to WSB and
Associates, Inc. for study and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary,
cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24`" day of May, 2004.
