RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
I-94/SUNSET PONDS TRUNK WATERMAIN CROSSING
PROJECT NO. 2004-10C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted February 23, 2004 a report has
been prepared by WSB & Associates Inc. with reference to the improvement of the water system
by the extension of a 12 inch trunk watermain from the intersection of CSAR 75 and Meadow
Oaks Drive north across Interstate 94 to the Sunset Ponds development and this report was
received by the Council on May 24, 2004
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OFMONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: That the City Council will consider the improvement
of the water system in accordance with the report with the cost of the improvement to funded
from the City's Trunk Water Fund. The City Engineer is authorized to prepare plans and
specifications for said improvement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24' day of May, 2004.
