RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
KLEIN FARMS STORM SEWER OUTLET
PROJECT NO. 2004-18C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted March 8, 2004 a report has
been prepared by WSB & Associates Inc. with reference to the improvement of the storm sewer
infrastructure in the Klein Farms Watershed by construction of a storm sewer outlet from the
outlet pipe east of Cedar Street running southeasterly parallel to the existing powers lines until its
termination in a manhole within the Edmonson Avenue right-of-way and this report was received
by the Council on May 24, 2004
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OFMONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: That the City Council will consider the improvement
of the storm sewer system in accordance with the report with the cost of the improvement to
funded from the City's Storm Sewer Trunk Fund. The City Engineer is authorized to prepare
plans and specifications for said improvement.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 24t' day of May, 2004.
