RESOLUTION NO. 2004-50
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A GAMBLING LICENSE
WHEREAS, St. Henry's Catholic Church has submitted an application to the City Council of
Monticello for the issuance of a temporary charitable gambling license to conduct charitable
gambling activities at their fall festival at their facility located at 1001 East 7" Street in
Monticello, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the Council is not opposed to the gambling license being issued by the State
Gambling Control Board.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the application by
the St. Henry's Catholic Church for a temporary charitable gambling license at their facility at
1001 East 7th, Monticello is hereby approved and the State Gambling Control Board is
authorized to process the application.
Adopted by the City Council this 26th day of July, 2004.
