RESOLUTION NO. 2004-48A
WHEREAS, cost estimates were prepared and quotes were received for street and boulevard
improvements on Walnut Street adjacent to 207 West Third Street;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBYRESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OFMONTICELLO, MINNESOTA that staff is authorized to award the work on the
parking and boulevard improvements contingent upon the receipt of signed petition and waiver
from the property owner.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12" day of July, 2004.
