RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MEADOW OAK SEWER BYPASS IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 2003-02C
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 13, 2003, a report has been
prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to improvements to the sanitary sewer facilities to
serve development in the northeast and southeast areas of the City by installation of a forcemain
along CSAH 75 to bypass the Mississippi Drive, lift station improvements and completion of a
watermain loop along CSAH 75,
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary,
cost-effective, and feasible,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report with funding for the
proposed project to come from City trunk funds.
2. WSB & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
