CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING COST ESTIMATE AND AUTHORIZING OBTAINING
QUOTES FOR PARKING, STREET AND BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS ON WALNUT
STREET- DAN OLSON PROPERTY
PROJECT NO. 2004-15C
WHEREAS, the City has received a request from the property for a cost estimate to construct on street
angled parking stalls along Walnut Street including curb and gutter, sidewalk, trees, landscaping and
other appurtenant work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby authorized to provide a cost estimate for the
work requested and to obtain quotes from contractors for the work.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12' day of April, 2004.
