CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AUTUMN RIDGE 3RDAND 4TH ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 2, 2002 for the consideration of
the preliminary plat of the Autumn Ridge Development, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of the Autumn Ridge Development to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF MONTICELL O,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Autumn Ridge 3rd and 4t' Addition is hereby approved
contingent upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance, deposit of required
securities and approval of the development agreement by the City Attorney.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 12' day of April, 2004.
