RESOLUTION NO. 2004-12
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR STORM SEWER OUTLET AT MEADOW OAKS
WHEREAS, it is proposed to make certain street improvements to the Meadow Oaks area as part
of the 2004 Street Reconstruction Program and improvements to the City's infrastructure as part
of this project including the construction of a storm water outlet from the Meadow Oaks area and
to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB and
Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary,
cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
