RESOLUTION NO. 2004-03
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION
OF AN UPATE TO THE COMPREHENSIVE STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, it is proposed to provide for a comprehensive plan to deal with issues relating to
stormwater runoff both within the present City limits and in the area of the contested annexation, and
WHEREAS, the cost of the proposed update to the stormwater management plan, estimated at
$48,000 to $60,000, is proposed to be funded by a 5% increase in the trunk storm sewer charges
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA: That the preparation of the proposed update to the
Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 26th day of January, 2004.
