RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOT 19 BLOCK 3 GROVELAND 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of a drainage and utility easement was held on
January 12, 2004 at 7 p.m. at the Monticello City Hall, and

MINNESOTA; that the drainage and utility easement legally described below is hereby vacated:
The southeasterly 6.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, Groveland 2nd Addition, according to said plat
on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies
southwesterly of the northeasterly 12.00 feet thereof and which lies northeasterly of the 150 foot
United Power Association as shown on said plat.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 12`x' day of January, 2004.
