CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
COTTAGE CHARM ADDITION
(EMERALD ESTATES)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 2, 2003 for the
consideration of the preliminary plat of the Cottage Charm Addition (Emerald Estates
Development), and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
the preliminary plat of the Cottage Charm Addition to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Cottage Charm Addition is hereby approved contingent
upon meeting all the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and execution of a development
agreement that requires adherence to the conditions/requirements identified with preliminary
plat/PUD approval. Said agreement to be consistent with the financing plan and approved by the
City Attorney.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 9th day of August, 2004.
