RESOLUTION VACATING NICHOLAS CIRCLE IN THE PLAT OF THE BROTHERS
AND VACATING RELATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the vacation of Nicholas Circle as it appears in the plat of The
Brothers, and the vacation of all drainage and utility easements of record as shown in the plat of
The Brothers and also all drainage and utility easements on and over Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 2
in the plat of The Meadows Second Addition was held on August 23, 2004 at 7 p.m. at the
Monticello City Hall, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA; that the City of Monticello vacate the following:
The street right-of-way for Nicholas Circle as it appears in the plat of The
Brothers Addition on file at the Recorders Office, Wright County, Minnesota.
All drainage and utility easements of record as shown in the plat of The Brothers
Addition on file at the Recorders Office, Wright County, Minnesota.
All drainage and utility easements on and over Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 2 in the
plat of The Meadows Second Addition on file at the Recorders Office, Wright
County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota this 23rd day of August, 2004..
