RESOLUTION AWARDING WORK
TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH STORM SEWER
PROJECT NO. 2004-34C
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the City Engineer to receive proposals for the
installation of a storm sewer improvement for the Trinity Lutheran Church parking lot area, and
WHEREAS, the proposal from Schluender Construction is the lowest proposal received,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTICELLO, that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to enter into an
agreement with Schluender Construction of Monticello, Minnesota for the installation of a storm
sewer improvement for the Trinity Lutheran Church parking lot area subject to the City receiving an
assessment waiver from Trinity Lutheran Church.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this l I"' day of October, 2004.
