CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
HUNTERS CROSSING FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 3, 2004 for the consideration
of the preliminary plat of Hunters Crossing, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of Hunters Crossing, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF
MONTICELLO,MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Hunters Crossing First Addition is hereby
approved contingent upon completion of minor changes as required by the City Engineer and upon
execution of the development agreement and the provision of associated securities.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this Sth day of November, 2004.
