CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT
NATHAN'S COURT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 3, 2004 for the consideration
of the preliminary plat of Nathan's Court, and
WHEREAS, after taking public comment, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the
preliminary plat of Nathan's Court, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO,MINNESOTA, that the final plat for Nathan's Court is hereby
approved contingent upon completion of minor changes as required by the City Engineer and upon
execution of the development agreement and the provision of associated securities.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 8th day of November, 2004.
