CITY OF MONTICELLO
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FEASIBILITY STUDY
SOUTHEAST INTERCEPTOR TRUNK SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
CITY PROJECT NO. 2000-12C
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the sanitary sewer infrastructure to serve the Southeast Area of
the City by the construction of a trunk sanitary sewer extension from the wastewater treatment plant to
the south side of Interstate I-94 and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELL0,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to WSB and Associates for study and that
they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
