RESOLUTION NO. 2004-98
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
FOR CSAH 18/I-94 INTERCHANGE
WHEREAS, it is proposed to remove the existing partial access interchange at I-94 and CSAH 75
and to construct a full access, grade -separated, folded diamond interchange at I-94 and other
appurtenant work and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB and Associates for study and that
he is directed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective and feasible and as to whether it
should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement.
