RESOLUTION NO. 2004-100
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT
SCHOOL BOULEVARD FROM DEEGAN AVENUE TO THE INSIGNIA DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve School Boulevard between Deegan Avenue to the proposed
Insignia Development by the construction of bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, utilities and
other appurtenant work and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB and Associates for study and that
they are directed to report tot he Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary ways as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
